Attendance
Parents are requested to ring school before 9.30 am if their child is absent in order to keep school registers up to date. If a message has not been received by 9.30 am the school administrator will phone home to query the absence.
It is a legal requirement that parents provide a letter of explanation following a child's absence.
Punctuality:
We expect our children to be punctual. Children may come into school at the first bell (8.55 am) and should be ready for the register which is taken at 9.00 am.
If a child is late frequently, the Education Welfare Officer will be asked to visit his/her home.
