Head's Welcome
Welcome to Walsden C of E (VC) Infant School website.
On it you will find information about what goes on in our small Church of England (VC) Infant School. On roll we have 57 pupils aged from 4 to 7 years.
Our building is a new modular unit on the site of Walsden Junior School (see school history) by the side of the main Rochdale Road approximately 1 1/2 miles from Todmorden.
The staff consists of a dedicated team of four teachers (some jobshare), four teaching assistants, two midday supervisors, one school administrator and a caretaker, all of whom work harmoniously to provide our children with an excellent early education.
We are very proud of our reputation of being friendly, caring, welcoming and approachable and we are also proud of the excellent achievements of our pupils both in and out of school.
